The Otis Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is the oldest planting of the variety in the Yakima Valley. Otis Harlan planted the six acres in 1957 and has been tremendously influential in the Washington wine industry since. Located in a cooler site within the Yakima Valley, Otis Vineyard produces this elegant, medium-bodied interpretation of the variety, with notes of rose petal, herbs, red berry, and spice. This Cabernet Sauvignon is aged 18 months in French oak, with 30% new oak. The site is currently farmed by the Tudor family.
